Service Description
$10 Booking fee will be applied to your purchase immediately after session. This Virtual Personal Shopping session is a one-one video call designed to help you feel more confident shopping before you purchase. During your session, you'll be able to see available items live, ask questions, and get basic guidance on sizing, fit, fabric, and product details. This session is ideal if you want a better look at products, need help choosing between options, or want to reduce guesswork before placing an order. It's a simple, stress-free way to shop intentionally and make sure you're choosing items that work for you.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions are conducted virtually via video call. All virtual shopping sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted with 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules must be made no less than 12 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the booking fee. Booking fees are non-refundable and credited toward eligible purchases. Full payment is required to secure your booking. Sessions are time-based and purchases-focused.
