Our launch event was just the beginning.

Now, Twerk & Tone is officially part of the Baddies R Us Wellness Club, bringing women together every week to move, build confidence, and have fun in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Led by Instructor Taylor, this high-energy cardio class combines upbeat music, beginner-friendly twerking, optional step work, and full-body movement to create a workout you'll actually look forward to.

Whether you're just getting started or looking for a fun way to stay active, every class is designed to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Wellness Station & Essentials

To make your experience even better, we've created a wellness station featuring refreshing drinks, fitness-friendly snacks, and convenient grab-and-go options to help keep you energized before or after class.

You'll also be able to shop a curated selection of fitness and wellness essentials, including gym accessories, water bottles, lifting gloves, ankle cuffs, gym bags, and other workout tools chosen to support your wellness journey.

The Baddies R Us Walking Club is a free weekly community walk created for women who want to move their bodies, build healthy habits, and connect with like-minded women in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey, getting back into a routine, or simply looking for accountability and community, this is your invitation to start where you are. Every pace is welcome, and every step forward is worth celebrating.

Our walks are beginner and stroller-friendly, making them a wonderful option for women returning to movement, moms looking to enjoy quality time with their little ones, or anyone searching for a supportive community that values progress over perfection.

Weekly Schedule

🕗 8:00 AM

📍 Location: New trail announced weekly. (Location details will be provided after you reserve your spot.)

⏱️ Walk Duration: Approximately 45–60 minutes

🥾 Distance: Around 2 miles at a comfortable, conversational pace.
