Embracing the Journey

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted on here, and honestly… life has been life’ing. Between everyday responsibilities, emotions, and just trying to keep myself together, I fell off track with both my business and my personal routine. But the beautiful part is that I’m finding my way back, slowly, intentionally, and with a lot more love for myself.

The Weight of Expectations

Sometimes, depression hits harder than we expect. We pour into men who don’t appreciate us. We spend so much time focusing on people who don’t pour back into us that we end up losing ourselves in the process. I’ve been there. Recently. And it shook me.

But I’m proud to say this: I’m pouring back into me now. I’m choosing myself again. I’m rebuilding with purpose. The strength I’ve gained feels different this time—heavier, wiser, and softer in the best way.

Fitness: A New Commitment

On the fitness side, I’m officially on week 5 of being consistent in the gym. And listen… week 5 is where I usually fall off every single time. But not this time. This time I’m pushing through. I’m showing up. I’m seeing results. And I love that for me.

Building Baddies R Us

As for Baddies R Us, I’m excited. Truly excited. For the growth, the new products, the direction, and this community we’re building together. One thing I’ve realized is this:

I can move at whatever pace I choose. This is my business. My vision. My timing. I’m not in competition with anyone, and I no longer feel pressured to rush or compare. I’m building something real and aligned, something that grows with me.

A Reflection of My Journey

Honestly, I am a product of my business. Everything I pour into Baddies R Us—the self-care, the self-love, the discipline, the healing, the resetting—I live it in my real life. Even when I fall off, that is exactly what this brand is about. Realigning with yourself, choosing yourself again, getting back to YOU.
