Take What You Need Tuesday: Romanticize Your Routine, Babe

Let’s be real—some days we wake up and don’t feel like “that girl.” But what if the magic isn’t about feeling like her… it’s about becoming her through how we move, think, and treat ourselves?


This week’s tip is simple but powerful: romanticize your routine. Turn your everyday habits into rituals that remind you who you are.


  • Start your morning with intention – light a candle while you journal, stretch with soft music, or say affirmations in the mirror like “I am the prize, and I walk in that truth daily.”

  • Get dressed for how you want to feel, not where you’re going – even if it’s just errands or work from home, show up cute for you.

  • Move your body – dance in your room, go for a walk, hit the gym, or stretch for 10 mins. You don’t have to do the most. Just move like you love yourself.

  • Talk to yourself like you would your best friend – no more “I’m so lazy,” or “I need to do better.” Try “I’m learning,” “I’m growing,” or “I’m doing my best, and that’s enough.”


Confidence isn’t just built in the big moments. It’s created in the small ones—when no one’s watching and you still choose to show up for yourself. That’s baddie behavior.
