Whether you’re running a business, chasing your goals, or just trying to stay sane and sexy, your morning routine sets the tone.
Here’s how to build a “THAT GIRL” morning routine that helps you glow from the inside out.
Step 1: Wake Up with Intention (7:00 AM)
Don’t just roll over and scroll Instagram. When your eyes open, set the tone:
Take 3 deep breaths.
Say one affirmation: “Today, I move with confidence and purpose.”
Stretch in bed for 30 seconds to get your blood flowing.
Optional: Keep a glass of water by your bed and drink it as soon as you wake up—hydration is a form of self-love.
Step 2: Move Your Body (7:15 AM)
You don’t need a full workout—just get your body moving.
Try this 10-minute “baddie boost” circuit:
20 jumping jacks

10 pushups (on knees is fine!)
