How to Build a Morning Routine That Makes You Feel Like THAT Girl

There’s something powerful about starting your day with intention. When you wake up and move like a baddie—with grace, purpose, and confidence—you carry that energy into everything you do. Whether you’re running a business, chasing your goals, or just trying to stay sane and sexy, your morning routine sets the tone.


Here’s how to build a “THAT GIRL” morning routine that helps you glow from the inside out.


Step 1: Wake Up with Intention (7:00 AM)


Don’t just roll over and scroll Instagram. When your eyes open, set the tone:


  • Take 3 deep breaths.

  • Say one affirmation: “Today, I move with confidence and purpose.”

  • Stretch in bed for 30 seconds to get your blood flowing.


Optional: Keep a glass of water by your bed and drink it as soon as you wake up—hydration is a form of self-love.


Step 2: Move Your Body (7:15 AM)


You don’t need a full workout—just get your body moving.

Try this 10-minute “baddie boost” circuit:


  • 20 jumping jacks

  • 15 squats

  • 10 pushups (on knees is fine!)

  • 30-sec plank

  • Repeat 2x


Feeling extra? Take a walk outside or hit the gym for 30–45 minutes.


Step 3: Skincare & Self-Love (7:30 AM)


You already know the glow matters. But it’s about how it feels too.


  • Wash your face and do your skincare routine with love.

  • Play your “I’m That Girl” playlist while you get ready.

  • Try saying affirmations while you moisturize:


    “My energy is magnetic.”


    “I am confident, soft, and unstoppable.”


Step 4: Fuel Up (7:45 AM)


A baddie needs fuel—don’t skip this step.


  • Try lemon water or chlorophyll water first thing.

  • Quick breakfast ideas:


    • Greek yogurt + berries + granola

    • Protein smoothie with almond milk, banana, spinach, and peanut butter

    • Scrambled eggs + avocado toast


Step 5: Mindset Check (8:00 AM)


Before diving into your to-do list or business grind, check in with YOU.


  • Journal Prompt: What energy do I want to show up with today?

  • Set 1–2 goals for the day. Keep it realistic.


Bonus: Create Your Vibe



  • Light a candle or spray a perfume you love.

  • Wear something that makes you feel GOOD—even if you’re just home working.
